okay, I got one of those Lian-Li pc60 cases for my bday a week or so ago...having a hell of a time figuring this usb thing out though. It comes with a bunch of connections as you see in the usb directions picture - BUT my asus a7v usb connector on the board is slightly different. I took a pic of the usb connection in my case...the blue dots represent a physical prong, the red represents a missing prong. I have 2 of these connections on my board.

Do a search with USB as the keyword since there was once a thread on the same case as you. He was able to figure out the connections of each single wire for both USB. Goodluck. Found it but I thought he was able to figure this out but I remember vividly this was the thread, USB

The manual for your mobo should have the pinout for the USB headers. Usually the missing pin is near the grounds and the pin opposite the missing pin is either NC (not connected) or an extra ground. I can't make out from your pictures the type of connector that is on the mobo end of the case wires. Usually it is a 4 or 5 pin connector for each channel, but may be an 8 or 10 pin, dual row. I hope it isn't a bunch of loose one and two pin connectors as it appears or your life will be interesting. Just make sure the grounds are connected to the right pins and the rest will take care of itself.
