USB Boot options

I'm looking for some idea's and or suggestions. I am looking for a usb bootable device that can appear to be a dos 6.22 boot floppy and that I can set up reasonably complex boot menu systems on. With the newer bios's supporting usb boot devices I am guessing I can replace my rather large collection of bootable floppy disks that can boot me onto novell servers, nt server, flash bios, etc. I was looking at a model from http://www.easydiskusa.com and wondering if anyone had worked with something along these lines. Anyone with any expertise in how it boots and what type of boot it is (dos, win9x, etc..). Even better has anyone done something similar to what I am trying to do? Thanks for any suggestions.
