USB Bandwidth Exceeded Problem

Ok, I have a pc that I've been running 3 webcams on with no problems...2 are Icatch (that's what the drivers are called) and one is a Phillips. I wanted to add my Logitech QuickCam 3000 and when I installed it and plugged it in I get this error: USB Bandwidth Exceeded or something similar to that. It says I can click on the message box for more details and when I do it shows the Phillips cam as 75% and the 2 Icatch cams at 10% each.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

Is there anyway I can force the Phillips webcam to use less bandwidth?

Thanks!
