Hello there Guys, after looking into your recommendation on my USB Problems, I have found out that when I Plug in my External USB Hard Drive at the Back of my case directly onto the USB on the MB, my HD will perform fine, but when I Plug the HD into the Front Panel USB, I would have connection problem. Now my question is the Motherboard USB Connector Bad or is it the Front Panel USB Ports that are Bad. And if either of these is Bad, what are my option to solve this problem. Can I buy a third party Add-on USB card that use that?

Is your external hard drive powered by the USB port or does it have its own power adapter?

I have run into this problem with front USB ports. I may be totally wrong, but I suspect that it has to deal with the unshielded wires going from the motherboard to the USB port in the case. (USB is extremely finicky and often won't work if the cable is 10 feet or longer.)

Also, do you have any other front USB devices? (Card readers?) Those can cause problems and take too much power.
 
My HD is USB Powered and Yes I do have a USB Hub installed, but I also have a Card Reader Installed in my 3.5 Bay. Can this be causing all the probelms?

Maybe, but if they're going to different headers, I wouldn't expect a problem. Can you plug the drive into your card reader? Some have USB...

Yes, My Card Reader does have a USB Port and when I plug in my HD, I have conection problem. HD Boot up and Boots down, issue connection.
 
It might be due to the unshielded wires as said above. You could try an external powered hub to see if it's a low power issue. Do you /have/ to connect it to the front ports? I'd use the rear ports, leave the cable plugged in to the mb, and let it sit next to the computer when not in use.
 
Yup, I got the cable yesterday and I am gona do this extention cable. But I was think that I might pick up a USB Add-On Card and can I am gona take out the Card Reader and see if my USB Performe good.
