USB 2.0 Problems with Ipod

Hey all,
I have a Foxconn Nforce 590 SLI which is equipped with 6 USB 2.0 ports. In the BIOS, I have it set to USB 1.1/2.0 compatibility mode. I recently received an Ipod for Christmas, and upon waking up from sleep the PC will often spit this error out "HI-SPEED USB Device Plugged into non-HI-SPEED USB Hub" and indicate its the Ipod.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why any of my devices would do this, unless I have somehow installed the wrong drivers. If its the drivers, I don't know where to gett he new ones. System specs are below, I should also point out that I have a Logitech G15 and G5 mouse plugged into the USB ports. I'm wondering if those devices are causing it to operate at a lower speed.

OS - Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit
AMD Athlon 5800+
9600GT
4GB RAM
2HDs

Is there an option in the BIOS to set it to just USB 2.0 mode?
