usb 2.0 driver without upgrading to XP SP1?

There is a file floating around somewhere that will do it. I can't remember the name or where it is, but I have seen it work. You'll just have to look some more.

You can install a PCI USB 2.0 card and run your USB 2.0 devices off of it. This does not require SP1.

These 2 WinXP HotFixes from MS include USB2 driver updates: KB822603 & KB826959. Don't know whether one replaces the other, or whether SP1 is a pre-requisite for either of them.
