Thanks, I'm in for one for $14.99 shipped. Now I can get rid of my single SmartMedia and SecureDigital USB 1.1 readers.

I've read the product description, and nothing about shipping.

Is this internal or external? Looks external from the pictures....

Newegg has a slew of these things for about the same price. Admittedly they DO charge shipping though which puts it a bit over this price.
Keep in mind that there are a number of varieties of this, make sure it both reads the cards (example if you need XD reader) you want it to read, and that it is in the form factor and plug that you want.
Another thing to check, some say USB 2 compatible but the electronics only work at USB 1 speeds.
I'm not saying this particular one is any of those things, this one looks decent, and from the description it DOES say it can reach speeds of 480Mbits, so apparently this one is genuine USB 2 speeds. I just want people to make sure this is what they want. If it is, this looks to be a good deal.

Some types will mount in a 3.5" drive bay or some are just external cases (some actually are made for both), this appears to be external case. Also, some can plug into a motherboard header, this looks like just a regular USB plug.

Just a little USB card reader primer for those who are interested. Nice find on the deal.
There's another thread with USB 2 PCI card with 4 external USB ports and 1 internal one for about $10 shipped if anyone needs a card to go with this.
Edit: If I remember right its the same merchant. Yep it is.
