I have a Belkin g usb wireless connection with a stock 5 ft cable . I want to extend that cable by about 15ft.
I read and know I need a active cable for over 15ft.. I just don't know which one to buy.

Little help ? and good experiences?
Thanks

What exactly is an 'active' cable, and where did you read this?

My understanding is that USB spec calls for a maximum run length of 30ft, meaning any longer than that and you will get attenuation unless you implement powered repeaters (such as hubs).

So, I would say go on Monoprice and grab yourself a 15ft USB cable.
