I will agree. I just found out my great grandmother died and I was trying to find a flight from Atlanta to Birmingham. They wanted 1917$. Also they wouldn't give me the bereavement rate. Delta would.

I never had any problems with USAir and going through Charlotte though ive only used them one time. I fly Delta everywhere i go and got the FF Miles to prove it. Only other airline i flew was Air France when i went to France last year.

I disagree. USAirways always treat my family great. They always get us where we need to go for the cheapest possible rate. Of course they help out customers that fly 250000+ miles per year.
