US should start an embargo against France

We should cut all ties with any country or leader who seeks to protect Iraq's sovereignty with disregard to their threat to the world. News link The embargo should consist of cutting off all trade, but soap, to France. We should make sure no cologne gets in their country as well, because they may use it as a replacement for soap.
 
Okay, and let's boycott the rest of the UN too. Hell, let's just boycott the whole world. Let's see how they do without trade with our great empire!
 
They are against the current proposal for good reasons, and they aren't the only ones either. Russia and China should be cut off too I suppose. I think people miss the big picture...our bed-buddy Tony Blair is the only one who is in our "coalition"...thats it...hint hint.

Bush went off like a Roman candle to unite the world against Iraq and succeeded in uniting the world against us. Not just anybody could pull that off.

it still shocks me how people think that the middle eastern conflict is black and white with distinct good guys and bad guys
 
I'm no Bush fan myself, monkey pictures are hilarious, but somebody has to take a stand against Sadaam. He's been the one thumbing his nose at the world for over a decade, even after having his ass handed to him and conceeding. There's a difference between a hick and a mad man, and at least we have checks and balances to help prevent people like Sadaam. What do the people of Iraq have? A ballot with one name on it?

The irony of the world empathizing with Sadaam is sad. I wouldn't care if Alfred E Newman was president. Being a Gulf War veteran and thinking of even one American dying in vain just so the world can turn around and help rebuild this idiot years later is more than sad.

chemical weapons are chemical weapons.

nuclear reactors bought for "medical research" is another thing. nulcear weapons are on a different order of magnitude all together.
