Has anyone ever figured out the init string to manually dial a us robotics modem? When I try to dial I am getting "no answer" or "No dial tone" This is comming back immediately. I know the line has a dial tone, and if I use the connections cd that came with the modem, it will pick up and dial out fine. The problem is that the software I am using will not use the windows drivers. I think there is some propriatary us robotics init command to get the modem pick up the line to dial.
