If I were a child I might find that drivel amusing.

It's all been refuted before on this board. If you can't find the flaws in it yourself, do a search.

The truth hurts, doesn't it? While some of it is a bit over-the-edge I'd say the majority of it is true. Of course, this is all subjective so your opinion is just as valid as mine. Mine just happens to be correct though ;)

Truth?

You are kidding aren't you.

No, I'm not kidding. That's my opinion and I'm stickin' to it. Did you read anything of my post after the first sentence?

Doesnt matter what your opinion is, it's been refuted previously,on this board, POINT BY POINT with FACTS.

Well I wouldn't want to waste your time, so go point by point on this little snippet please
Q: Daddy, why did we have to attack Iraq?

A: Because they had weapons of mass destruction honey.

Q: But the inspectors didn't find any weapons of mass destruction.

A: That's because the Iraqis were hiding them.

Q: And that's why we invaded Iraq?

A: Yep. Invasions always work better than inspections.

Q: But after we invaded them, we STILL didn't find any weapons of mass

destruction, did we?

A: That's because the weapons are so well hidden. Don't worry, we'll find

something, probably right before the 2004 election.

Did I miss some annoncement? The one where Coallition forces said they've stopped looking and found nothing??
In other words, we know you're all excited to cry foul, but why don't you wait until something conclusive comes forth before trying to etch the future in stone? If you're so confident nothing will be found, then waiting to hear just that shouldn't be too hard. Or you can continue to sound like childish know-it-all asses who cite selective information to back up their agendas.

How long should we "lefties" be planning on waiting? The Afghan liberation was steamrolled into affect promptly after sept 11. October/November the first troops were there. So its been past one year and a half. With no conclusive evidence. Waiting game is pretty sweet if you have all the time in the world and no one's life at risk. But with soldiers still searchin caves with no evidence its not fairing well with others who patiently wait for them home.

Seems you don't have any family or friends over there in the Middle east region.

I dunno, Iraq is a pretty big place, a better question would have been, How long you lefties think it'll take to search all that area?

This may come as a shock, but we're talking about WMD in Iraq. Why did you bring it up? Have you just not noticed all the hubbub about WMD not being found yet? Keep on topic dude.

Seems you're an idiot. Do you always make such blatant assumptions about people you don't know? I lived in the Middle East for 5 years (dad was an ex-pat doctor) and while I no longer have family over there, I do have some friends still there. 2 of them are Marines in Southern Iraq. But enough about me, wtf does that have to do with ANYTHING?

Just another 'expert' who likes to hear himself talk I guess...

man this forum has gotten really sour lately. I just forwarded this because I thought it was funny because it shows the inconsistencies in US foreign policy. I just think its interesting to see how circumstances justify war in some cases while those same circumstances will not justify war in another case because of some pro-US policy that a country has.
