...from Wikipedia. They were IP banned for a couple of weeks. Now they're back in action. This little gen was just posted from the House of Representatives, on the article "Religion and Abortion".
In [[Nuwaubian Nation|Nuwaubian]] belief, some aborted fetuses survive their abortion to live in the sewers, where they gather and organize to take over the world.<ref>http://protista.org/weird-religions-around-earth/</ref>

If you're not following @congressedits on Twitter, you need to. :D

They should be put on permanent vacation.

But yeah, gotta love the congressedits and the general absurdity you can find. It's proof that they spend so little time actually accomplishing anything that they have time to make edits to Wikipedia (and not stuff like putting specific transcripts of pertinent government functions).

Unfortunately it only bases on IP so no doubt some more savvy ones are behind proxies or other tactics (wasn't there a thing a few months back of some person connected with a politician edited a Wiki page about their opponent?).

This is the government not representing the people. Decades ago, the government represented the people much more. Not many have experienced that.

Well? Have you personally been down in the sewers?

How do you know they aren't?

This congress has been stuck on 1950's regulation,
they might as well be stuck on 1950's cheesy SciFi movie themes too!

Now that they are back, don't expect anything to happen........they are a worthless lot. The Democrats and Republicans will continue to obstruct progress. All of them are self serving assholes who have forgotten who they work for, except for the lobbyists and corporations.

I can't recall who proposed the notion, but I still like the idea of each and every one of our elected politicians wearing t-shirts to work with the names of the lobbyists who own them emblazoned front and back. At least we would know who they actually work for.

For now, all that politicians represent to me is how the folks we elect to represent us is go on to represent just the few who so easily corrupts them into bondage.

Of the Few, For the Few, By the Few.

Although, some casual researching of the kinds of legislation being passed and who authored them easily brings to light who their sponsors are and which of them is being more richly rewarded.

It's as if our politicians are actually competing with each other to see who can acquire more very rich sponsors <--(owners) to finance their longevity in office.

If? Did I say IF? lol
