I found a TV deal that is pretty smokin on this site, but I'm not sold on their reputation. Resellerratings.com had them at a 7.3 which isn't that bad. There weren't the real horror stories that you sometimes hear, mostly delays, etc.

Anyway, if some folks here had some direct interactions, it would really ease my mind before I pull the trigger on this thing...

They're fine. Its my understanding its owned by the same company that operates the ABC Warehouse chain of appliance stores in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. They've been around a long, long time.

I've only ordered from the site once personally, but my item arrived without any issues.
 
it's pretty good alittle slow on the shipping (they use their own shipping comp)
I purchased a lcd it took 9 days.. (MI to NY)

btw dont forget to use bing cb 😉
 
I ordered a frig from there last year. Good price and the shipping worked out fine. They left the frig by my back door. No complaints here.
