I'm about to start a major home renovation project and was looking at new kitchen appliances. I went over to pacific sales in southern cali and they gave me some quotes on the appliances i was looking for. I came back and searched around and stumbled onto their website HERE, I've never heard of them, but they've got a few things going for them, flat shipping rate of 69$, no sales tax if shipped to me in cali and so on. . . 7.75% sales tax on $18,000 worth of appliances is about $1400 dollars worth of savings. The thing i've never heard of them, then again, i've never been in the market for appliances. Anyone hear about them before and are they trustworthy? i'm a bit hesitant to try and save a penny here and there and lose out in the long run with a defective product and bad service etc. .
