the fins and dutch have the highest weapons export rating :awe:

For the Dutch it is probably because the militairy is facing huge buget cuts resulting in the sale of ships,subs,planes and hundreds of main battle tanks.

Still.. it's strange that this causes the Netherlands to have a bigger (5.0)weapons export rating than the USA (3.0),Russia(4.0) and Belguim (home of FN(1.5)).
