URGENT! will this MB fit this case?

I am pretty sure matx boards fit in any ATX case.

My question is why go with a matx board and buy a full ATX case? You will have way more room than you need, and no where near as much expansion flexibility.

Here is a pretty sweet matx tower : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163058

However there are like a billion matx media center designs that are really nice. What are you looking to do for this build?

it's just a little computer I'm putting together. Occasional gaming, photo editing, browsing, school, etc. Just something reliable is all I'm looking for

I just wanted this board because it's cheap and has the onboard video that puts out HD.

Right now it's an AMD 64 x2 3800+
the biostar mobo
seagate 250gb 7200 rpm
2gb ddr 667
onboard video

URGENT!!

I NEED A CASE TO USE!! WILL MY MOTHERBOARD FIT?!?!?!?!

THIS IS A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION PEOPLE I NEED HELP NOW!!!!!!!!!!

it actually somewhat is. I'm practically sitting here refreshing. I have my order through newegg right now and it's still in step 1

I wasn't thinking at the time I placed my order, so if it's not gonna fit I want to make sure that I change it

Yes you must pick all AM2 or all S939 parts.

I am having good luck with AM2 processors on the ASUS M2NPV-VM board and Corsair DDR2 - I've built 2 machines with that setup recently. It has the GeForce 6150 onboard graphics with TV out.

Might I suggest this motherboard?

HDMI out and VGA out. So you could eventually hook it up to a TV or just a DVI monitor with an HDMI->DVI cable

I'm glad you pointed that out, thank you very much. I just changed to that MB, how is that graphics card in comparison to the geforce? I've been having a hard time finding any comparisons

I could've sworn when I bought it that it said AM2, but maybe I misread it.

I also picked up a 20" Dell Widescreen, to hook this up it will take a DVI-HDMI cable?

The Radeon Xpress 1250 is the best integrated graphics solution at the moment from what I understand.

also goto:

www.monoprice.com and grab a HMI to DVI cable, it should work very nicely with the 2007FPW

I was considering it, but read about a lot of memory incompatibility issues. I'd hate to get it here and have to return it

good deal, thanks for your help. Next time I won't go out and try to do this on my own, I've been out of the computer scene for far too long to act like I know what's going on these days
