Urgent! Running Nero..

Hi guys when i run a new installed copy of nero.. i get the following message

'Under Windows NT4/2000 burn rights are required by Nero to access cd
recorders and cd-rom/dvd-rom drives. Please ask your System Administrator
for a permission to use Nero'

what do i do to fix this? i never had the problem on my other box.
i have WinOnCd installed aswell but i dont think its a conflict.

oh and i am In winXp pro.

Try running it as administrator?
