Urgent: RAID1 failure, Promise Fasttrak 378

It says to enter 3.) Define Array for more information on which drive has failed. This menu option does nothing of the sort.

Is there an array management utility for Windows that I can use? The Promise website doesn't list this model, even though it's a fairly common onboard solution. Hopefully some of you have this controller and can help.

Thanks.

Well, this is my coworker's computer, and he's left for today, so I suppose it's not urgent at this point. Maybe someone will answer this by tomorrow morning.

That sees the disk as one logical disk, not two physical drives. Thanks for trying to help, though.

Well, I read the PDF, and it's only BIOS level, but it did show that 3.) will list a failed drive. This computer doesn't list either of the drives as failed, but the array is still critical. Argh. I can read from the drive in Windows too...
