Ok, I will keep this brief.
What is the best SERVER motherboard out there from AMD?

I'm going to order one in 20 min.. this is urgent.
It can also be a XEON mobo, but it needs to be a STANDARD ATX POWER SUPPLY!
DUAL PROCESSOR PREFERED BUT NOT NESSESARY!
Pls help! Very urgent.
 
FYI, socket A based mobos will not support the Xeon. You should look into the Tyan TigerMP or the Asus A7M266-D.
 
It dosent have to be XEON, it can also be AMD. The asus A7M233-D is for home, not server use? Would it matter that much?
