URGENT: Please help, can I Restore Deleted files from 2 hours ago?

I was on the verge of reformatting, and I'm getting everything ready on my 2nd Partition, I accidently Deleted Files I wanted to save! I Did the Shift+Delete, so they aren't in the recycle bin. Anyway to restore files I deleted 2 hours ago?

Please help! I really need these files!

I'm on Windows 2000 Professional

Have you formatted yet?

/EDIT if you haven't you might want to try this file. It is a data recovery program. I haven't tried it myself, but it is worth a shot.

/EDIT #2 You might also try the "Last Known Good Configuration" since it hsa only been a little while it may default back to before you deleted the files.

there are many undelete utilities...I don't know of any freeware versions...but search for 'undelete' and 'windows 2000'

I've tried about 5 different programs. None of them can find it. *Sigh*
