URGENT new mobo install - NTFS

I've just installed a new motherboard (old one broke), and WinXP will not boot (it hangs upon trying to load the amd agp driver; the new mobo has via chipset). It's on a NTFS partition, which I can't access from DOS. So basically, I don't know how to reinstall the OS. Does anybody? I don't want to wipe the HD, but wiping the NTFS partition is an option.

To j@cko:

No. I cannot read the words "General Hardware." I can read pretty much every other combination of words regularly encountered in the English language, but not "General Hardware." My brain is simply incapable of connecting any sort of meaning with this phrase.

To everybody else:

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but my problem is related to a motherboard installation... I'll repost to the OS thread.
