seasonic s12 series 650w could do as well =) many reviewers on newegg emphasized QuiET

also, forgot where i saw this, maybe from this forum, enermax modu82+ 525w is supposed to be dead quiet, it's also modular

Hey, I actually bought a cheap, $30 PSU for my old PC -- a Fortron 350W (Sparkle?) and it's been going strong for 2 years now. 😀

Fortron always made nice and reliabile PSUs. i've been through 3 video card upgrades over the past 3 years with my Fortron PSU. x1900xt, 8800gts 640, 8800gt. still going strong.
