!URGENT! I think i'm being hacked!

Ok i just loaded up Windows Explorer and noticed that some random files are blue. WTF? Right clicked one, it showed multiple users. Some with (CRxxxxxxxxxxxx) beside them, like my original Administrator user. All have different properties. Users like Administrators, SYSTEM, Power Users. Like 3-6 and they keep changing. And the files are useless, stuff like empty folders and Windows wallpapers. Zone Alarm detects NOTHING. ICQ, IE, Generic Win32 Host Process (?) and itself. Am i being hacked?

Update: Mostly files in /Windows it seems.. extensions: bmp (75%), ini (20%) and log (5%) it seems. A few mov files here and there, 1/3 jpegs in my porn folder.

Turn off file sharing, but definitely pull out the ethernet/phone line.

Go to a command prompt and type NET FILE. It will show you which users are using which shares.

install zonealarm, virus scan, start backing up data, don't go to any sites that require a password. Delete internet cache. reformat.

It takes 15 minutes to time out, so he can be off for a while and the light will still be on.

Where the hell do i turn off file sharing? Could have sword i've done that ages ago. If some files are blue, what does that mean?

Why isn't Zone Alarm detecting anything? It's reading ICQ, two IE and Generic Host Process for Win32 Services.
