Urgent help with network!

My moms computer is fairly new and has worked great until today when the network connections showed nothing. I tried restarts and mobo drivers to no avail, even a wireless pci card, then went out and bought a wired pci ethernet card. I look under device manager and all network devices are present with a "!" in front. right clicking and properties gives me a "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" I tried uninstalling the device and adding all of them for the same results.

Please help my mom get back online and entering contests in the fast lane
