Urgent help required please

I have 13 nodes, each connected to several others, both simplex and duplex connections are seen. I can't draw using word because I need to relocate each node, and after relocation, I am forced to redraw the connections. I only have Microsoft Office Professional. Is there any other software I can use to draw this connection? Thanks.

In the past I have used Microsoft Visio (that?s what I have at work). I would imagine there are other alternatives though.

Perhaps look for some type of opensource project.

Also, I?m not sure but I think OpenOffice comes with some type of flowchart program that should do the trick. Ok, I said that then decided that I would look it up, it does:
http://www.openoffice.org/product2/draw.html

So yea, download and install openoffice (its free).
