I've posted this in the operating systems forum, but I haven't gotten any responses, and I need responses quickly. I have just installed Win2k on my computer and am still in the setup process. I've gotten as far as to have the computer start up and get to the startup splash screen, but after that it continually reboots itself over and over again. I don't know how to make it stop! Someone please help!

Sorry about the empty mail.......
I had the same problem I have 2 methods.

1) Re-install your OS It wont clear the computer just re-install the damaged files, it worked for me.
2) Put in a second harddisk(borrow one) and boot from it instead. Now copy all you important files to it and clear the other harddisk.....Need i say that i prefer the 1 method

Are you overclocking at all? Was this a stable system prior to the W2K install? What other components do you have?

I'm not overclocking. The system was very stable before I chose to install 2k. Before, I was running ME.
