Urgent advice required please (boot problem)

I have just put a system together with a Soyo 5ema+, k6-2 500, Savage4 pro 16mb AGP, yamaha souncard, 128mp PC100.
Everyhing runs fine until I try a restart, it shuts down OK but then the monitor go's into standby mode, although the machine appears to continue booting, although if left for 5 minutes then powers down.
CTRL/ALT/DELETE sorts it out and it will boot and run fine.

Any ideas, I have replaced the PSU, I am thinking Mobo or Graphics card problem.
I have flashed the Bios to the latest version, with no effect.

Help would be appreciated as I have to deliver the machine on Monday morning.

Thank you

Do you have any other gfx boards to toss in?

I would suggest giving it a shot at least. I have a 5EMA board(no plus) and can't remember having any sort of problems with it(except with GF DDR). Power saving setting in the BIOS perhaps?

Thanks for the response, I have tried all sorts of options in power management in the bios (including disabling it), with no effect, I hav another savage pro coming this afternoon, will try it and post back here.

Again thanks for responding
