I had the stuff once and I gotta say that it is exactly as advertised. It will keep you up and get you fucked up. Banning it is pretty silly if you ask me, it will honestly just get replaced with something else in a few years. Jagerbombs were the 4loko's of my college days and there was always those kids who would abuse the shit out of them and end up nearly dead in the gutter. Don't see this stuff being much different.

I was thinking just plan vodka would be enough. and didn't even think to look in the ban thread.

To be honest the one thing that always kinda didn't sit right was that it was 12% alcohol. I can't think of much of anything that you can buy at a gas station that is that booze heavy. Most of the garbage wines they sell aren't that high.

Lots of gas stations sell "vodka" like Kamchatka which is 20%. I don't think many people would find it very appealing to drink that straight though.

People have been making mixed drinks for a long time, nothing new. I can't believe people are dumb enough to want to specifically ban a brand of alcoholic beverage.

yeah, depends on state regulations, of course. but in such states, something like fourloko is probably classified as "malt liqour," and would have to be sold at ABC stores.

Most companies don't even ship their products into markets with the restrictive ABV percentages and labeling enforcement.
