UPS

I sent out a package with UPS on April 3rd, from Oregon to Whittier Ca. it still hasn't
made it there, but, it has seen Salt Lake, (going on the 3rd time) Portland OR, (at least twice) Sacramento, and Anaheim.

Right now it's going back to SaltLake..
I've been on the phone with them the past couple of days and they still can't get it right:roll:
The worst part is the people that work for UPS can't or won't tell me why the package never made it to its destination.

Has this happened to anyone else here??

It might be easier if you ask for people that it has not happened to.

lol, I've had packages magically get lost / stuck places, but never hopping from hub to hub, back to the same hub again.

It might be easier if you ask for people to speak up that it has not happened to.

Are you implying that UPS hasn't done this before??
Walks away shaking his head looking at the ground:Q

i've had almost 100% positive experience with UPS... of course I send all my stuff through our corporate mailroom and get a substantial discount.

for the sheer quantity of packages they deliver every day, i think they do a great job.

Yeah the package entered into the twilite zone.

We currently having a nice little bout with them going on right now. We paid $140 back on the 10th to ship a 45 pound crate 2nd day air because it had to be there today. But for some reason UPS has delayed the package and it won't get there til sometime tomorrow. The demo is at 10am tomorrow. Bad thing is I can't even get a straight answer as to what even caused the delay. One "supervisor" says weight discrepancy another says billing issue. And yet a third says neither of those should have caused a delay.
All I know is when I call the office at 5pm today and they say the box hasn't arrived yet UPS is going to be issuing a $140 refund.

It's a case of one hand not knowing what the other is doing..

Have they issued the refund, or said they will?

ups is the worst . at least fedex if you live in a major hub it all comes next day
Unless you live 15 mins away from UPS's biggest facility. I think it's actually the biggest in the world (Hodgkins, IL if you want to look it up)

😀

I was at work today when UPS freight dropped off some things,
One of the packages that was left wasn't for my employer.
Funny thing, there wasn't any packing slip or label on the box.
I'm sure that the company that expected the box is really going to be thrilled when they find out the package has gone missing in action.
Yes, UPS is incompetent.

Jeez now UPS wants to charge me $10.00 to intercept the package:disgust:
The supervisor told me there were 40 scans on the package:roll:
If someone here doesn't think it couldn't happen to them..
I mean how hard is it to grab one package and get it right?
UPS has the tracking# You would think that they could flag the package?

UPS ****** IDIOTS!!!!!!

90% of the hub workers are either stoned or neurotic.

Question answered.

HMMmMMMMMmMMM....Then I guess most people don't ger their packages:shocked:

If you're having troubles with UPS, you need to get Blade Jones on the phone. He's a weird dude, but a cool dude. Just don't ask to talk to his supervisor.....
