If its "in transit" to a place since Dec 28th, that means its there, its just sitting in a truck and hasnt been unloaded yet. Unless its a priority package, it will sit there while they catch up on all the stuff from the holidays

yeah their tracking system is quite bad, but it's the same with anywhere pretty much

for instance, yesterday I was scheduled to get 2 packages from UPS and 1 from FedEx... the UPS packages both said they were to arrive yesterday, and they did even though one of them the last time its status had been updated was on like the 27th. The FedEx package showed "In Transit" and scheduled to deliver on 1/2/02... funny thing is I just went back to the website and it is still showing the same thing, and that yesterday it went out on the truck for delivery at 6 am... no show though

oh yeah and one of the WORST tracking systems has to be Airborne Express. They don't even show you anything, it reminds me of having DC on a USPS package.

At least FedEx or Airborne have never put huge holes and dents in my stuff though ! (plus tons of shoeprints!) :Q

Yes, UPS does suck. I have a package sitting at Willowgrove (30 mins away), but it has to goto Philadelphia first (40 mins away) before it gets to my house. So I'll get it tommorow instead of today.

I've heard some horror stories about how Airborne treats their packages. Still, I won't ever trust UPS around the holiday season again, they speared one of my dad's packages with a forklift last year.
