UPS sucks

ugh...came home right after classes because UPS was supposed to deliver my dell, but i've been waiting FOREVER...it's almost 7:15pm and the idiots still aren't here :|

Lets see. 13 million daily average vs a peak season of 20 million + daily. Hmm.

You could pay more for upgraded service. Or God Forbid they get more of your money.

I usually call in and have them put my stuff at will call so I can pick it up at will.
