UPS Sucks!! Rant!

I ordered a complete Shuttle system from Zipzoomfly, they ship it as two packages, all the components in a box and the Shuttle case as its own package, two different tracking numbers.

The box with all the parts came in today though their site still said it was on the other side of the state and the Shuttle case that has said "out for delivery" since 3:40AM is no where to be found, the driver checked his whole truck and didn't have it, so its either been lost or for some unknown reason its on a different truck and is going to come really late, (already past 7:00PM here). So I call up UPS to see if they have any way of telling where the package is currently more than what their site says and they can't find out anything and say if its not here by tonight, then to call them tomorrow and they will put a "tracker" on it.

WTF, if you call FedEx and ask them where the package currently is, they can go as far as to contact the driver that has the package and find out what time he will be at your location.

Gah, UPS is complete sh!t!!

whew, /end rant.

I just had to bitch about this somewhere.

theres no fvcking way that UPS is better then the USPS

Agreed

sorry, in my excitement of the upcoming horde of "<'s", I screwed up...I really meant to have USPS slightly better than UPS...honestly 🙂

they got my 2001fp to me fine 😀 They were about to contact the driver for us cause we went to the store to pick it up (called earlyer to hold it) and then before they could call the driver the other person working behing the couter walked right behind the door and came back with out package🙂 was funny cause the guy went all searching through the warehouse looking for it. The person pulled the package off the truck right as he was leaving and it was still marked as on the truck 😛

well, this is the busiest day of the year for UPS so theres a chance there are going to be problems. so get over it

uhm isnt it most likely that they got the 2 mixed up? maybe when they picked them up scanned them backwards or something and your 2nd package is on the other side of the state?

i like UPSbetter then Fed Ex...fed ex doesnt toy with your emotions saying something is on truck for delivery but then when you get home and check it says, wasnt scheduled to be delivered
