Correct. They do deliver to private boxes, though, like the ones in shipping stores, apartments, etc...

The USPS isn't going to allow UPS access to their services. It's a business after all. That would be like allowing you to buy Texaco gas at an Arco and Arco not getting a cent of the money.

i was just asking because i just sold something on ebay and the buyer has a P.O. Box Address.

edit: also at my workplace when we do RMA we don't accept P.O Box address since we always ship UPS so i wanted to make sure.

Most people with PO Boxes do have actual addresses too so just tell him that UPS doesn't ship to PO Boxes so you need a different address.
