Hello? Packages destined for Louisville shouldn't arrive in Louisville, then take a day trip to Lexington just for fun. They could have delivered this thing today had they any sense about them!

They once had the package tracked to the final destination of Phoenix for me...but it never came to the house. I sent in a customer service request, and although it had an arrival scan in Phoenix, it was in Kentucky. I think all of Kentucky is to blame.

I heard a lot of workers at the Louisville UPS hub are U of L students. Blame it on U of L students? I also find it hard to believe that 11 minutes after it arrived, they have it in the wrong stack destined for Lexington. I think UPS and FedEx have crappy tracking systems. DHL's system sucks too, but they just get it there fast so I don't care.

I have yet to have a bad experience with UPS. FedEx has bent me over a few times. I always have the best luck with USPS.

yes, UPS is so unfathomably stupid. Which is why they only managed to make billions of dollars....right? The OP must be a genius in SCM and all procedures regarding shipping. Maybe the OP should start a shipping company and see how well it does. fucking dumbass.
