The new logo looks good, now they need to do something about the handling part of the business.

Their new logo should've included a picture of a damp, beaten up box with several gaping holes in it.
"UPS - We never deliver on time because our warehouse boys are having too much fun playing forklift-soccer with your valuable packages"

has anyone here ever realized that the 'E' and the 'x' of the FedEx logo form an arrow with the white space?

LOL, but OH so true!
Then stop tossing around the damn packages. Admit it...sometimes you get your jollies from hurling packages marked "Fragile." Maybe you are the one who handled my speaker that had a 2 INCH HOLE POKED RIGHT THROUGH THE MIDRANGE DRIVER!actually, jerk, us "warehouse boys" as you so arrogantly put it, have no forklifts. thus, we carry the 150 lb boxes up to the trucks ourselves. get a clue about what you're talking about before bashing it. personally, i don't know how ANYONE gets their package on time after seeing the process they go through.
I haven't used UPS in almost 2 years. FedEx never sends me a damaged and/or late packages. Same with the postal service. UPS is just horrible. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. I'm sure some people have had good experiences, but I'm sure you could go to any forum where a lot of trades are made (this one included) and find out that in general, people loathe UPS and won't use them.yet people continue to use UPS. so that makes the employees the morons. ok, i understand it now. If you bitch and moan about it then ship it USPS and shut up.

I'm just joking...I got nothing against the warehouse guys personally, just UPS as a whole.
Sure i've tossed packages out of frustration of idiotic upper management not properly staffing. I will say that O, personally, have never destroyed a package just to piss off/screw the recipient. I'm sure it happens, at ANY shipping service. Its really pretty impressive the amount of packages that go through a given hub. oh, btw, a lot of times its not the employee that caused the damage to the package but the other packages themselves that get bunched up and smashed on the belts. not always thoughyet people continue to use UPS. so that makes the employees the morons. ok, i understand it now.
