Almost any one of them that supports automatic shutdown (via USB or Serial) would work for you. The more expensive ones will give you longer running time but if you just want it to shutdown, a little one would be fine.
Tripplite has a nifty calculator that recommends one for you based on how long you want it to run, what type devices you want to protect, etc.
The APC calculator always recommends the Back-UPS 650 Pro for me. I think this may be overkill.
I spoke w/ an APC rep and they said that the wattage output of the UPS should be higher than the PSU, which for the sx635 is 350 Watts. The lowest model that meets this requirement is the 650 pro (again).
Is the rating on the PSU a peak number? Or a constant?
