Thank you for your email. We experienced excessive shipping volume in ONTARIO HUB,CA. At UPS we take great pride in projecting shipping volume and taking measures to add additional capacity to handle the huge increases we see each year during the holiday season. However, on occasion, shippers tender more packages in a given area on a given day than we can process in the short time spans we have to provide our normal quick and efficient service.

Hell, comparing your tracking info to mine, I'd wager that your order is from monoprice too. Almost exactly the same times on the first day, and the exact same times on the second day.

Thanks for posting that, they never bothered to send me an e-mail saying they were backed up. I actually ordered from FSP but they must be pretty close to each other.
