lol once I was tracking my package for a few days. I was at work and saw that it had arrived to my city (the depot is like a block away from where I work). So I'm like "cool I should get it sometimes today". No joke, as soon as I finished saying that, the office delivery guy showed up with it.

I actually chased down the purolator truck once LOL. Was a friday before a long weekend and it was a big guarantee that it would be on that route but at the end of his route they closed. So I really wanted my stuff bad. my 2 LCD monitors. Best purchase ever. I still have those exact monitors.

I just looked up their buisness hours. Closed new years eve and new years. Only very high priority deliveries.

That makes sense. I'm willing to wait an extra few days for something when it's holidays or a long weekend. If I was a delivery guy I'd want the day off like everybody else.

TBH I still find it horrible how some stores are open late or even ON holidays. Retail has gone nuts as far as vacations go, they hardly get any. As convenient as it is for consumers, it's not fair for the people that work there. They should get time off as well.

Like I'm sure right now Walmart is probably open, and they probably will be till like midnight, if all day tomorrow.

woot woot! I was a little bit worried when I got up because although my estimated delivery date was still today, it didn't say Out For Delivery in the tracking info like usual. Luckily it just got dropped off anyway!

Now I just need the mailman to deliver my 1366 cooler adapter and I'm all set

I was worried that they would not deliver the 30" monitor I ordered last week, it has been sitting about 60 miles away since tuesday. It showed up today though, as it was scheduled to. No dead pixels either, so I am happy.
