Lots of stuff going on there. One thing has truly bothered me. All the Iranians I have ever met have actually liked Americans. One who used to live next door thought the Iranian people would rise up someday. It is odd that people who come from the country that chants Death to America are more friendly then our so called friends in the area (Saudi Arabia, Qutar, Egypt and others) They HATE the Islamic government. Recently Iran has seized all satilites. I think revolution is brewing there again.
All those "soccer riots" you been hearing about are not about soccer. Hence the missing satilite dishs. Iranians do not trust there own media.
