Upon making Wifi connection, making certain homepage load

Is this possible to do at all, or atleast for Windows based PCs:

Upon a client computer making an internet connection to my WiFi access point, can it be set so that a webpage will load displaying a certain homepage? This would occur only when the initial connection is made.

Peer to peer Network does provide such capacilty since the Wireless Clients are logging into the Wireless Router directly.

Setting a Real Server topology (like Windows 2003 with IAS) would let you do it.

You might look for what is called "captive portal"

I don't know if the hacked firmware can do it or not. But it's used for guest networks/billing. Basically if somebody connects and opens a browser, no matter what the url is - they get a page/website that you specify.
