UPnP aware/enabled games?

I am new to UPnP and it sounds like a great solution for playing online games without the hassles of using port forwarding. However, I have been unable to find any information about which games support UPnP. Does anyone know if such a list exists?

More so than Port Forwarding and DMZ Hosting? From what I read, it sounded like UPnP was safer than either of these? Is this not the case?

I would take a look at ' www.grc.com ' for more info. Hit the "shields up" link and there you will find more info on Upnp.

They describe this as a security risk also.
