Upgrading - Will these components work together?

Yes, I do - The reason I am upgrading is solely to improve my video card capabilities, and I am just making sure that what I have here will all work with the new card. Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I must have confused this with a different forum when I said that my specs were on the left, though - here are my current specs:
Athlon 64 3200+ 939 pin
All-In-Wonder 9700 pro (agp of course)
2gb PC3200 DDR (4x512)

I am upgrading my system from AGP to PCI-Express, and was hoping for some input as to whether there is anything else that I will need to purchase, aside from what is listed above.
