Upgrading two systems

Hi

I have two computers I'm going to upgrade. I'm definitely leaning toward an Athon/Apollo 266a based MB combination for both. (BTW, the machines I'm upgrading are K62-450 and Celery 400).

I'd be getting 2 CPUs, 2 motherboards, probably 4 128 MB DDR modules, and maybe a single harddrive.

I've seen some sites out there that gives discounts for buying many of the same item (buying in bulk). Does 2 qualify as bulk? My hope is that I can save on the cost of parts and cost of shipping by purchasing it all at the same time. Can anyone recommend reputable stores on the Internet where I could get a deal like this?

Also, I've only seen two 266a based MBs around... The EPoX one looks good. Would you recommend waiting on buying (maybe for a new revision or something) or would you go ahead and buy now(if I can find them in stock)?

Thanks!

Newegg.com is a very good online retailer with good prices and fast shipping.

I would advise that you go ahead and buy. The KT266A is almost identical to the KT266 (just had to swap out the northbridge), so it was very easy for motherboard manufacturers to quickly make what would be considered "mature" boards based on the KT266A.
