I am going to upgrade my computer to a T-bird 1.33Ghz soon, and I am thinking of getting an EPoX EP-8K7A motherboard to go with it. So far I've heard pretty good things about it, but are there any other motherboards you would recommend instead of it? Pretty much all I care about is DDR, and price.

the epox is DEFINTELY the most popular DDR choice around here. you can't go wrong with it

One more thing....
The power supply that came with computer (a Dell XPS-T500) is 200watts... so I'll most likely have to upgrade that too. I have a Voodoo5 5500 AGP(which uses extra power) along with a DVD-ROM and CD-RW drive, so what power supply would I want? 300w, 350w, or what?
Also, for any of you that actually know what the Dell case looks like (here's a detail of it), would I need to replace that too? The only fans it has are the ones on the power supply and on the proccessor, and I don't think I can add anymore.

That new PSU is not an option, the system will not run with that 200w :) And since you are getting a new one, you want at least an Enermax 350, I would go with the 430w, about 20 bucks more.

Just get the Antec SX1030. Plenty of power (300 watts) and a dream case to work in. They go for about $99 most places.

If you don't want the other hard-drive bay, and don't care for the door on the 1030, try the sx830 (300w), or sx840(400w). It's got an extra fan slot at the bottom as well. Go to pricewatch.com and search for those, and see what prices you come up with

I DON'T LIKE the door on the 1030.

If you live in the SF Bay Area you could try a robert austin computer show. They sell good cases for pretty cheap.
