Upgrading to Play BF2 with no lagg.

I would like to play BF2 with no lag(40-60) at 4X AA AF in all high setting at 1024x720. My current system is

P4 Northwood 2.8gh 533fsb @ 3.15
1gb PC3200 Kingston+512mb pc2700 ram at pc 2700 speed all together
XFX 6800GT @ 400/1000mhz
Western Digital 60gb ATA133 HD+120gb HD
Matsonic MS9377C SIS 648FX chipset
Creative Lab Audigy 2 ZS
DVD-RW+
PowerMax 580watt Demon(I know, I know)

What can I do to improve performance for BF2? I am currently getting only 10-30 FPS when at action with 64 players. It's really annoying.

2gbs of ram would help you the most, but with that video card, there is no way you will ever get smooth frame-rates at 4X AA. Use 2X AA, and medium settings.

It still laggs on the lowest setting, I think it might be my processor. Does P4 Extreme edition help?
