Upgrading to a 939 Nforce3 or Nforce4?

Hi I dont spend anymore time on these boards way out of the loop, I am getting a 3000 Venice and I want to keep my 9800 pro AGP card will I get pretty much the same performace from a Nforce3 compared to Nforce4?? That is with normal desktop apps I dont play games at all?

NForce 4 has the PCI and the SLI features

NF3 has AGP

Keep the Nforce 3 to save money by not having to get a new video card.
make sure to get NForce 3 Ultra, comes with more features

Thanks for reply, let me say I dont have a Nforce3 now I have a Nforce2 with a barton at 2.2 is it even worth upgrading to a 1.8 venice not needing ithe power for games? I convert alot of audio file and avi. I am thinking I wont even notice a difference?
