Upgrading RAM question...

Upgrading a few things on my rig getting it ready for the release of the Witcher 3 which btw states that the min requirements for RAM is 6GB.
I already have 8 GB of Corsair Vengeance @1600 and since I have some money to burn was going to add another 8 to be safe.
This is the RAM in question.....

My question is why when I run CPUZ max bandwidth it says PC3-10700H but the RAM on newegg says PC3 12800?

Ive checked the part # on both and its exactly the same, what gives?
 
OK.did you set xmp mode in the bios.And voltages setting is done manually.but yours is 1.5 should be fine.
