Upgrading processor in HP

I was recently given a HP Pavillion 4540, 433mhz Celeron, 64mb Ram, Monitor, Printer, etc...

Is it possible to put a 700mhz Celeron in it?

Well, I did some searching on the HP website and found out that this is the MB

Motherboard (System Board) - Falcon 1B v1.01 B10 (Socket 370)

Also, the latest Bios there is version 1.11, check out what you have and maybe update it.
After that I would look on the bios to see how many multipliers there are and what FSB settings there are.
