Upgrading PCI Adapter

I have a local ISP furnishing a wireless connection using a WaveRider Wireless Modem. A Belkin Wireless G Router 2.4Ghz-802.11g is connected to that. It says that it is running 54mbps. In my PC I have a Netgear WG311 v3802.11 Wireless PCI adapter. I only get what I consider a fair signal even in the same room as the router. In moving my PC I broke the antenna on the Netgear PCI adapter. I noticed that Netgear now has a WAG3311T Super G model. Would this be a good replacement for the broken PCI adapter or is there a better choice?
